What to Know About This Point System

Barclay Arrival Miles are some of the most diverse miles out there. The problem is, unless you have one of the old Arrival cards which were discontinued in 2019, getting a new card for those miles is impossible. We hope they'll release another card at some point in the future. If you do have one, it is probably worth hanging on to as outlined below.

Because redemption options are so wide ranging, these are great miles to have around for travel expenses within a trip. We suggest using one of your big brand specific cards to get you to your destination and then whip out your Barclays Miles when you get there. Use for Airbnbs, trains, excursions, even Uber and Lyft rides while your traveling. Some fine print: they need to be used in $100 or 10,000-mile increments, and they need to be categorized as “Travel” through the merchant.
